Retrieving The Key

Extra Bedding and Towels
For the extra bedding for the sofa beds and towels, please find this inside the black bags in the wardrobes.
Roof Terrace
For units with a roof terrace these buttons open the terrace.
Rubbish Disposal
There is a second elevator (not main one) on other side of the 6th floor, which leads down to the ground floor where there is a garbage area. Make sure to take keys with you to come back up.
WIFI
The router light should be blue that shows the internet is working. If it is blue but you are not able to connect please unplug it for 1 minute then plug it back in, it will initially show green lights but after a couple of minutes it should revert to Blue and you will be able to connect.
The Wi-Fi code is in the check in message or alternatively you can look on the back of the router for the code. Please make sure you are entering the Wi-Fi password and not the admin password.
Aircon and Heating
Heating and Aircon are controlled via the wall panel, please see the video
