Collecting The Key
The key box is on the right hand side as you face the front door it is the Biggest lock box in the middle it has red tape around it. Enter the code 0806 and pull the black tab down to retrieve the key. Please then close the box and give the numbers a shuffle. Take the stairs to the 3rd floor.
How To Open The Lock Box
Extra Bedding and Towels
For the extra bedding for the sofa beds and towels, please find this inside the black bags in the wardrobes.
WIFI
The router light should be blue that shows the internet is working. If it is blue but you are not able to connect please unplug it for 1 minute then plug it back in, it will initially show green lights but after a couple of minutes it should revert to Blue and you will be able to connect.
The Wi-Fi code is in the check in message or alternatively you can look on the back of the router for the code. Please make sure you are entering the Wi-Fi password and not the admin password.
Dishwasher
Please see below photo of where you operate the controls for the dishwasher.
Aircon
whatever the AC model choose the ice symbol and lower the temperature
Sofa Beds
Please see below on how to operate this style of sofa bed. The colour may vary to the one in the apartment.
Coffee Machine
How to use the coffee machine, your model may differ slightly.
Heating
To control the heating please make sure they settings are set below, and use the thermostat only to control the heat.
Summer Use
In summer please turn these knobs as the picture shows
You can increase the water temperature from the tap knob symbol and lower it after shower this will help to keep the flat cool
Shower
See below how the shower controls work (your model may look different but the controls are the same)
Washing Machine
Please make sure the switch is on in the photo to use the washing machine.
