Collecting the key
​
The key is in a lock box on the left hand side of the red front door.

Please see the video below on how to get the key.
After retrieving the key please give the numbers a mix up and now you can head to the apartment.

Flat 4 is the top box and flat 3 is the bottom box.
How To Open The Lock Box
Towels
​
Please find this inside the black bags in the wardrobes.
WIFI
​
​The Wi-Fi code is in the check in message or alternatively you can look on the back of the router for the code. Please make sure you are entering the Wi-Fi password and not the admin password.
Coffee Machine
​
How to use the coffee machine, your model may differ slightly.
Rubbish Disposal
​
Please leave rubbish in the black rubbish bags and leave them inside the apartment. If you need to put it outside please contact us so we can tell you where to leave it.
Heaters

Batteries
​
Please find spare batteries for lamps and remotes in the bowl
