Retrieving The Key
​
To enter the building there is a keypad on the right of the main entrance, please press *1943* and push the door to enter. Head to the 4th floor, the keybox for the key is outside the apartment on the wall. Please check your check in message for the code.
How To Open The Lock Box
Extra Bedding and Towels
​
For the extra bedding for the sofa beds and towels, please find this inside the black bags in the wardrobes.
WIFI
​
The router light should be blue that shows the internet is working. If it is blue but you are not able to connect please unplug it for 1 minute then plug it back in, it will initially show green lights but after a couple of minutes it should revert to Blue and you will be able to connect.

The Wi-Fi code is in the check in message or alternatively you can look on the back of the router for the code. Please make sure you are entering the Wi-Fi password and not the admin password.
