Entering The Building
Retrieving Your Key
​
Outside your apartment door you will see a key box on the wall. Please enter the code that was in your check in message and then pull the black switch down to find your key.

Please return the key back to this box when checking out and give the numbers a mix up.
How To Open The Lock Box
Extra Bedding and Towels
​
For the extra bedding for the sofa beds and towels, please find this inside the black bags in the wardrobes.

Rubbish Collection
​
You can leave your rubbish outside the building between the times or 08:00-10:00 and 20:00-22:00.

Please do not leave rubbish outside at any other times.
Using the sofa beds
Aircon

whatever the AC model choose the ice symbol and lower the temperature
Heating
​
Please control the radiator temperature with this thermostat.
​If the radiators are not getting warm, please check the control panel in the cupboard to make sure heating and hot water are set to continuous as per the video below.
please make sure these are all set at your desired temperature
Coffee Machine
